Can I check all the bookings made in my property?

Yes of course, you have access to your booking report that details all the bookings received in your property.

Why should I go for Short Term Rentals in my property?

Short term rentals give you a rare combination of full flexibility on renting your investment property along with generating around 30% more income when compared to regular long-term rentals.

Will I also be able to stay in the property sometime?

Most definitely, just let us know when you would like to stay and we will block the calendar accordingly. It is your property and is available as you need, taking into consideration that peak season is your best time to make great money.

What is your Pricing?

We charge $495 initial Service Fee for our Marketing Pack and 15% for our full Management Pack.
